Privacy

The short version: we keep your email if you give it to us for the launch notice, we set no cookies and we share it with nobody. The long version is below.

Who handles your data

This site belongs to Prado Games. For anything about your data, write to contact@pradogames.com.

Prado Games is the trading name of Carlos Solé, the data controller, based in Córdoba, Argentina.

What we collect and why

Only what you deliberately give us: the email address you type into the launch-notice form. Alongside it we store the date you signed up, the language you were browsing in and the IP address you sent it from (that last one so we can show the sign-up was genuine and keep spam out).

That address is used for one thing only: telling you City Walker is playable. No weekly newsletters, no third-party advertising, no profiling.

On what basis

Your consent: filling in and sending the form is the consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

For how long

Until we send the launch notice or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Then the list is deleted.

Who else sees it

Nobody. The data lives on the server that hosts this site, provided by Hostinger. We use no bulk-mail platforms and we never pass the list on.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses neither Google Analytics nor any other tracking system. It loads no fonts, maps or videos from other servers either: everything you see is served from pradogames.com. That's why there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at contact@pradogames.com. The email is enough; we won't ask you for documents. You may also complain to the Argentine data protection authority (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, argentina.gob.ar/aaip) or to the data protection authority in your country if you think we got it wrong.

The game

City Walker stores your records, stars, tips and control mapping on your own computer. The game sends nothing to any server and needs no connection to run.
